July 20-26
The Moving Wall ~ A replica of the Washington, D.C., Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial ~ the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base of F-41.  

July 25-31  
Iosco County Fair ~ M-65 in Hale.
 
July 29-30
’Jolly Roger and the Pirate Queen’ ~ 2 pm & 7:30 pm on Friday, 7:30 pm on Saturday ~ Shoreline Players Theatre, Skeel Avenue at the former Wurtsmith Air Force Base off F-41 ~ Sponsored by The Shoreline Players Youth Drama Association.

July 30
58th Weyerhaeuser AuSable River Canoe Marathon Canoe Race ~ Beginning at 9 pm in Grayling and ending at Finish Line Park 120 miles and 14 non-stop hours later.

July 30-31
Gagaguwon Traditional Pow Wow ~ Old Orchard Park, 8 miles west of Oscoda on River Road.

August 1
Paddlers’ Breakfast ~ 9 am ~ AuSable Inn.
